Some sites do not take phone calls. They say it enables them to keep their prices low. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. What is your Phone Policy?

This is one of the major differences between us and some of the other parts sites. We do not make you choose between customer service and price. We realize that sometimes you need answers right away. Feel free to call us anytime (at the numbers listed below), and we'll be happy to talk with you. Whether you e-mail us or phone us, you will always pay the same low price and receive the same great service.
 
What is a "VIN#" and where do I find it?
VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.
 
Why do you need my Vin#?
The Vin# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the Vin#, we can identify each and every Production Option for all vehicles produced beginning with the 1990 model year.

Do you sell genuine OEM parts?
All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original. These are the same parts you would purchase from the dealer.
 
Do you have my part in stock?
In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders within 2-4 days. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to contact you as quickly as possible.
 

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can add to an order only on the same calendar day you submitted your order. You must send an email to us at: orders@trdparts4u.com.

How long before my order ships?
Most items are in stock and ship out within 2-4 business days. Other items may have to be special ordered and cay take from 5-30 days for us to get from Toyota or an outside vendor, depending upon the part. You will be notified via email if your items will take longer than 5 days for us to get. If you have not heard from us, please check your email's spam or junk email folders for emails from UPS, or please email us: at shipping@trdparts4u.com.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship anywhere.
 
What is your credit card policy?
Please NOTE: We do not process charges online in real time due to the high level of Internet fraud. We only process your credit card upon verification with your bank or issuing Credit Card Company.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as forms of payment. Each credit card company has established policies and procedures that we as a Merchant (seller) must adhere to. There are responsibilities that you as the "buyer" must adhere to which could include proof that you are in fact "the card holder" by means of reasonable identification (business or other listed telephone number with the credit card company database that we can verify). Please contact American Express @ 1-(800) 528-5200, Discover @ 1-(800) 347-2000, VISA @ 1-(800) 228-1122 or MasterCard @ 1-(800) 826-2181 if you feel like any of our "verification" policies are not in line with their organizational policies. We work hard to prevent FRAUD and if you have received an email from us implying that you have placed an order Toyota of Dallas, or our website www.TRDparts4u.com, and you in fact have not, please inform us immediately. Please be aware that we make all attempts to verify you as the "real cardmember" prior to processing the charge.

Bill to Address Policy
Our Merchant system is secure and requires that we verify with the issuing bank the "registered billing address" prior to approval or shipment of your order. This is according to documentation determined by the credit card Company that requires us to ship to the verifiable billing address only.

Ship to Address Policy
An Alternative ship to address can be established if you wish. In some cases you may have to contact your credit card issuer and add an "Alternative Shipping Address" that can be verified.. This is an address that allows us upon authorization by the credit card Company to ship to a different address than the registered billing address. Many times you may be traveling and need a product shipped to a hotel or friends - this address must be verifiable in order for us to process your order. This is an accepted process by all credit card Companies, their toll free numbers are in the Credit Card Processing section of this page.

Fraud
We thank you for your business and hope that you understand that in today's times with the level of Internet credit card fraud approaching billions of dollars in losses, we must adhere to the policies of the issuing credit card Company.

Enforcement
We will work with all law enforcement agencies including the FBI, Secret Service and any other department to validate or help in preventing FRAUDULENT use of credit cards and or checks!

International Orders
We thank you for your business, but we are unable to verify card ownership or addresses when the cards are issued to cardholders outside the USA. Most Canadian addresses can be verified, those will be accepted. We must require all other international orders’ payment be either through wire transfer or Paypal*. The wire instructions can be emailed to you upon request, or it is easy to sign up for Paypal* at www.paypal.com.

What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred method of shipping is Federal Express. They give excellent service, are extremely reliable and very reasonable priced. Please note: All orders over $100.00 are shipped with an ADULT Signature Required. If you are not going to be available at the ship-to address at the time of the delivery, Fed-Ex will not leave the package at your address. You have the option of having your package delivered to your work address, or picking it up at the FedEx office.
 
What if I need my part faster?
Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship parts via Next Day Air up until 3PM CST.


What is your return policy?
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any missing parts!

DO NOT disassemble your vehicle or render it inoperative until you have verified that the enclosed products are correct and complete. If any parts are missing, please contact our Customer Service at 1-972-852-0192, and we will gladly supply you with the missing components via UPS Ground Service. DO NOT put yourself into an emergency situation demanding “Air” UPS service (even when an error on our part has occurred), as your request will be denied.

If you receive a part damaged in shipping, you must contact your local UPS OR US post office within 48 hours to file a damage claim for replacement. Once claims are finalized with the shipper, only then will we send out the replacement parts.

Please read the return policy on unwanted, unneeded parts which is printed on your invoice. For convenience, you have 15 days from the date of purchase. Per terms of sale, we charge a 25% restocking fee on any item returned. Special order parts, used parts or electrical parts are NOT RETURNABLE. All returned packages must be marked with a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by calling or emailing Customer Service and shipped, freight pre-paid, to the address below:

Please open and inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Verify that all parts are received and in undamaged condition. Check container thoroughly to avoid throwing away parts that may be wrapped in packing materials.

Any part returned without a Return Authorization Number will become the property of Toyota of Dallas and will not be eligible for credit.

We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria.

PLEASE NOTE: The ARB bumpers and Bull Bars are large, heavy bumpers which have made a trek halfway around the world... there will be minor abrasions, scuffs and scratches acquired along the way which cannot be avoided or guaranteed against.

Pricing Policy:
Occassionally prices do change without notice, or we could have made a typographical error in the price or the description of the part. We reserve the right to refuse to sell parts that have an error in pricing or shipping.
